Currently, I am paneled with the insurance companies listed below. For all other insurance plans I am considered an out-of-network provider. For those with out-of-network benefits they may wish to use, I provide a monthly receipt document which you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are unsure of what your out-of-network benefits may be, this information can usually be obtained by calling the customer support listed on your insurance card. If you ask about "behavioral health benefits" and ask for your percentage reimbursement for an out-of-network provider for out-patient therapy, you should find out how much your insurance company will reimburse you for each session after your deductible has been met. 

For those using their out-of-network benefits or paying out-of-pocket, cash or check are accepted at the beginning of each session.

Confidentiality

Any information discussed in session is considered confidential. This means that it is protected information that can not be revealed to anyone without express written permission except in instances of reported child or elder abuse, specific court proceedings or instances in which a client or another individual can be considered in serious danger of harm. Specifics of confidentiality will be covered in more detail during intake sessions.
